Today, Andrew serves boards and investors as an independent director and strategic advisor to family offices, private equity sponsors, and corporate boards. He brings a constructive investor mindset to governance, capital allocation, and value optimization. Formerly the founder and portfolio manager of Lawndale Capital Management, Andrew led activist campaigns that generated long-term value while improving corporate governance, oversight, and accountability.
